After gaining the notorious “Freshman 15″ during my first year of college, I resorted to weight loss products and crash diets. However, when I started training with Charlie, he provided me with nutritional suggestions and effective workouts. I can proudly say after training with Charlie for 3 months, I have lost almost all 15 pounds and I replaced my once favorite word “skinny” with his favorite word “healthy.” Not only did each session with Charlie provide me with innovative workouts, but he ultimately strengthened my self esteem! He also encouraged me to look at myself for who I am, rather than the contour lines of my legs, or the number I see on the scale. Charlie has transformed the concept of working out from a mundane task to a creative activity which I look forward to each Tuesday and Thursday.
