My goal was simple. I wanted to gain functional strength, increase balance and tone muscle. In 3 months I achieved those goals and more! Charlie is a terrific trainer who is consistently supportive. During a group class he seamlessly manages to challenge the advanced while never minimizing the needs of newcomers. Irrespective of your fitness level, Charlie has just the right adaptations. Without a doubt I train much harder than I ever have on my own. Yet, I’m having the best time! Charlie seems to draw only the nicest clients so we’re all having fun while getting in shape. Lastly, Charlie teaches the class so much about nutrition. This enables us to combine both fitness and healthy eating for optimum results. Thank you Charlie!
