In the past, I’ve stayed in shape by spending 2 hours at the gym/3 times a week – an hour class for cardio and another hour class for weight training. What I like about Boot Camp is I can get the same results in 45 minutes/3 times a week. I also feel like I challenge myself more in Boot Camp. Recently, I took 2 months off this summer and of course, I noticed that my clothes were tight and that I felt sluggish. Now, thanks to my Boot Camp classes, I have more energy and I have lost 8 pounds and 3% bodyfat! I am motivated to continue to see results!
