Being at CR Fitness is something I never expected. I was initially nervous at the idea of being trained because of various things that fueled my insecurities about exercising. But training at CR Fitness has changed me for the better both physically and mentally. Most of this has to do with Charlie who pushed me in all the right ways. Whether it be with effective training methods or challenging me to find an exercise I’m passionate about. His coaching not only helped me become physically stronger but helped me find confidence in myself. These teachings will hopefully help me stay both physically and mentally fit for college. I would highly recommend CR Fitness to anyone who wants to lose weight, gain strength or just love exercise.
