Client Spotlight: Billy Loses 32 Pounds In 6 Weeks

My client Billy has done an amazing job!

He’s lost 32 pounds in just 6 weeks without over-exercising or under-eating. He’s followed our nutrition guidelines and strategies and kept a daily food journal and made the appropriate changes when necessary.

He’s also made his training sessions a priority and does his cardio homework.

I’m very impressed with his dedication and work ethic and look forward to him reaching his final goal weight.
