Charlie Remiggio, CSCS

Charlie Remiggio is the founder of CR Fitness LLC. Charlie has a passion for health and fitness and studies extensively. He trains people of all ages and exercise levels. He specializes in weight loss, providing the best methods for nutrition, cardio & weight training to help his clients lose weight and get in great shape. He loves to help people identify and overcome barriers so they successfully achieve their goals.

He also designs post-rehabilitation programs to help many of his clients with back, shoulder and knee issues and takes measures to prevent these injuries for all clients.

Peter Dell’Orto, CPT

Peter Dell’Orto wasn’t athletic as a youth, but he always had an abiding interest in martial arts. He was first really turned on to the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of lifting in his 20s and became a personal trainer soon after. He specializes in strength training, preparation for martial arts practice and competition, and achieving pain-free movement. His clients include former athletes, adults with long-term injuries, and trainees new to exercise. He is experienced training clients from children through retirees.

Alicia Bonazzi, CPT, BS Exercise Physiologist

Alicia Bonazzi grew up in a house with a father who owned a gym and trained many competitive weight lifters.  Due to this, Alicia has always had a passion in this field.  She graduated from William Paterson University with a degree in Exercise Science and a concentration in Exercise Physiology.  She is spin certified and also a NCCA accredited Personal Trainer. Alicia is also competitive MMA fighter. She worked at Mountainside Hospital in the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Department and also worked as a Physical Therapy Aide. She currently attends Seton Hall University studying a graduate program in Sports Medicine.  She has experience with cardiac and pulmonary patients, diabetics, older adults, stroke victims, and hypertensive and hyperlipidemia patients.  In addition, Alicia also has experience with working on rehabilitation programs with clients with various types of injuries.  She has also worked with children with and without disabilities to help them stay healthy and active. She specializes in weight loss, resistance training, and healthy lifestyle changes.
